What we collect

When you sign up we collect your name, service address, email, phone number, and service details you provide (bin locations, gate codes, access notes). Payment information is collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use your information solely to provide and bill for bin valet service: scheduling your route, servicing your home, sending you service notifications, and responding to your requests. Gate codes and access notes are used only to service your property.

Text messages

By signing up, you consent to receive service-related text messages from SD Trash Pandas (for example, notifications that your bins are out or back, schedule changes, and account notices). Message frequency varies with your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase — contact us for email-only notifications. We do not send marketing texts without separate consent, and we do not share your mobile number or opt-in status with third parties for their marketing purposes.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run the business (payment processing via Stripe, text delivery via our messaging provider), and as required by law.

Your choices

You can update or delete your information, opt out of texts, or cancel service at any time by emailing hello@sdtrashpandas.com. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information under the CCPA.

Do Not Track

Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party behavioral advertising, and we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals — there is no tracking to turn off.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active customers by email before the changes take effect.
